Worst hotel I've been to in 50+ yrs. -3 registered guests but provided only 2 towels. Requested extra towels and didn't receive them for 2 days when I asked a 2nd & 3rd time -No pillow for sofabed -Bed linens so worn that when you roll over, your face is in the raw mattress. Complained, bed remade, same issue with the worn out sheets -Not cleaned. Found socks that didn't belong to us under bedspread -Cheap closet doors always off track -Multiple missing hardware from dresser -Cracked shower tiles, hot water takes 5 minutes to come in and only lasts 5 minutes -Shower gel container on shower wall empty the entire 7 nights -ihome clock next to bed showing incorrect time, Controls to adjust time under lockdown so alarm useless -No TP on day 2. Had to request -Logged into bonvoy account for wifi. Unknowingly they charged $100 over stay for data charges. Had they told me there was a cost, I would have continued on my cell service, which most times was better than there crappy internet! -No trash emptied after 5 days until I called -Bedroom TV did not work -Bags of trash lined the hallways for hours. The smell was awful. -Pool out of order-wouldn't use anyway with filth there The hotel staff is understaffed and do the best they can with what corporate gives them. This is BY FAR the worst hotel. We come up often to visit grandkids but I obviously will never stay here again. I can't believe I had to pay $1500 for this shabby place. DO NOT stay here! I wish it let me upload photos

The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. The bed was old and we were sinking in the middle. The faucet in the bathroom was not working properly and was difficult to move. The air conditioning was operating, but it was blowing on the bed and uncomfortable. I would stay here again, but only as a last resort.
