The rooms are gross. The only thing they do after someone stays is “change the bedding”. The room I paid $100 for, had crumbs on the floor eveywhere and when I turned on the lights….. nightmare mode activated. Not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4! 4 big cockroaches!!!!!!!! Just scurrying about the place. I took a video of the roaches, placed my things back in my car, and immediately checked out. When I offered to show the clerk the video, he plainly said “no”. The absolute lack of care, respect for others and cleanliness astounds me. He made ZERO effort to fix the situation and I ended up having to drive 1.5 hours on no sleep and unable to get another room elsewhere for the night. I say that Hotels.com needs to drop this property and not book another room there. I have stayed in Rodeway Inns in other towns. I understand you “get what you paid for”. But $100 to room with roaches?!?!?!?! No thank you! Do yourself a favor. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was plenty of parking space,the AC and Heater works great, the staff were polite. The room was some what clean, I did see two roaches in the room. I think for the price of the room it was okay. If they updated the rooms and did a roach boomb to the entire hotel, it would help out on getting more people to stay there.

They have roaches. No breakfast, holes from smoking in the blankets of a no smoking room. Dirt and grim everywhere. I will not be back

The pictures do not match the hotel. I was expecting an outdated hotel for sure, but... there's not actually a front desk (just a window for nighttime check-ins), the room was utilitarian at best (dirty mirror, extremely old and chipping tub, light fixtures from the 70s, paper-thin pillows, kinda dank smell, and a few gnats), and there was trash sitting out. Look, ya get what ya pay for, but the pictures should still match what's actually going on somewhere. To their credit, it looks like they are in the beginning stages of a renovation, so maybe it'll be nicer soon.
