The room was comfortable. The hotel is understaffed, the desk person took time off of mopping the entrance to check me in. The breakfast needed attention. The only coffee available was in a decaf carafe (orange top) that was on a plate with the heat off, so it was cold. The other carafes were empty.

Nice, clean and comfortable. We came in late after a Brewers game. It was disappointing that the continental breakfast ended at 9 a.m.

Check in was at 3 but was told by front desk it wasn't ready and wait about ten min, not a issue as I've worked in the hotel industry in every position and was understanding. Fast forward to 315 and was able to check in with a new front desk person all were well and go up the second floor. Our room was the only room without a room number posted outside the room, we set our stuff in the room and left as we had activities planned for the day and when we came back and went to give our kids a bath the water pressure was awful but wasn't complaint worthy at the time when turning on the shower portion the whole shower head slid down the pole it was on and it happened constantly it was difficult for the adults to shower. When we got into bed we realized our sheets hadn't even been changed even though the beds were "made" up. Our sheet had something orange and crusty on it and our sons pillow had the same substance on it. When asked for new sheets the guy working the desk acted like he could care less. The lady the next day got us new sheets and pillowcases and she was terrific and was the only bright spot. Few other incidents but they were miniscule.

It was a bit hard to sleep with a very loud family next to us. They also had the tv on all night. And, when we came in we were getting hit on. The second night was much better.

Property was very clean and staff were friendly. Continental breakfast Is exactly what it should be. Area is really with a lot of development happening. New grocery store and target across the stress was a big plus for us. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff seemed to be attentive and friendly. Ice machine worked well and there were plenty options to eat in the area. Very reasonable price compared to other hotels I was looking at. I'll be back definitely!
