Okay. This place was perfect for our family. I was there with my husband two daughters, their husbands and two granddaughters age 7 and 10. The house was spotless and had very comfortable beds. The fold out couch was great for the granddaughters. The location was great. We were able to walk to Shem creek for our dinner reservation Saturday night. My granddaughters quickly learned they could attract turtles to come to the dock with a few scraps. They loved it. My daughter was sad she had not brought her paddle board. The host was easy to communicate with. I cannot give this place a higher rating. 20/10.

Really nice comfortable place to stay. Close to everything. Nice walk to Shem Creek, restaurants. Only issue is it would be helpful to have instructions for TV with 6 remotes.

Kitchen was stocked, nice appliances. Lighting in kitchen was poor very dim bulbs and some were burnt out. The under counter lights did not work. House was decorated nicely and appealing . Curtains or blinds on the French doors and kitchen window would be nice especially at night. We enjoyed our stay and overall it was a very pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly attentive and quick to address our needs, making us feel truly welcome. The location is perfect—central to all the attractions and amenities you could want for a fantastic vacation. We even had the thrill of fishing in the creek behind the property and reeled in an impressive 4-pound bass! The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay in Charleston. This house met all of our needs. Christy was very friendly and prompt with communication. The downstairs toilet needed to be fixed and she had a plumber there quickly. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The house is a bit older, but has nice updates.

I’m extremely picky about cleanliness of rentals. This was the cleanest place we’ve stayed BY FAR. It was fully stocked if you want to cook (we didn’t). There’s also a washer and dryer and beach toys, as well as toilet paper, paper towels, lotion, hair dryers, shampoo, you name it. We loved feeding the turtles out back. The house is close to everything - Shem Creek, downtown Charleston, Sullivans Island. Highly recommend for families. Super safe neighborhood and super responsive hosts. We will return!

My youngest son recently moved to Charleston / Mt Pleasant. We as family came to him via this lovely home. We celebrated a tradition Thanksgiving there and everything was excellent. The location allowed us to easily manage all the Charleston area has to offer. We played golf , toured downtown and visited the beach areas. Great restaurants and good times had by all. The home was perfect, very comfortable and well equipped.
