The property & staff were phenomenal. Guy Fieri’s restaurant was exceptional food & staff. Bistecca food was awesome, hostess was nice BUT the server we had was the worst experience we had throughout our entire stay. Will not go there again

Room was good. Nothing to do but gamble the Italian restaurants was horrible. There’s absolutely no nightlife at all. Was not even looking for a club type environment was just looking for a lounge to hang out. We also found out that the pool was closed at 8 o’clock. No shows or anything. It’s like they’ve created an environmental we’re all there is do is gamble. I prefer Atlantic City. The room was awesome though.

This casino is aimed towards an older crowd, which is fine however the lounge that they say is open on website has been closed for months. The food is TERRIBLE, there is nothing to do in the surrounding area, the resort fees are ridiculous, there’s no place on premises to get a bottle of wine or any type of alcoholic drink besides the over crowded bar. Trying to get an uber to go anywhere took us almost an hour and they canceled on us. The taxi service the front desk gave us phone number is not in service and I had to go back 3 times to ask for early check out because everything I went I was told to come back the next day or different time. Will not be visiting again.
