Stayed for two nights. The room could've been cleaner. There was hair from the previous guest and dust in many places (mostly the bathroom). I'm not confident that our sheets were fresh either. I wish there was more to do besides sit in a cigarette smoke filled casino. I was hoping there would at least be fire pits to sit by to enjoy some hot cocoa. Or a game room with a pool table. Adults can have fun doing more than just drinking and gambling. The resort could use some updating. On another note, the entry way was decorated very nicely, the view from the hotel room of the golf course was very nice.

Room was nice! Very clean and spacious. The only issues during our stay was there’s no mini fridge or microwave in our room. The mini fridge that we did have was for purchase items only. The tv was also an issue as to there were no streaming services or good tv channels to watch, very basic. Other than that, it’s a beautiful place to stay

Great. Only issue was that at check in I had to wait 20 minutes. The one check in person was busy with a complaining customer which was fine. The other rep was training another rep and refused to stop her training for 2 minutes to check me and another customer in. We continued waiting until she finally finished and the checked me in and remarked. "I hope you have a BETTER day" really snotty remark. My day was fine until she refused to take a quick break from her training to quickly get a customer checked in. Thats POOR service.
