Room was clean and comfortable, shower was a bit stained on the floor, room was very noisy - heard neighbors on both sides all the time and people walking by the window. Wooden stairs and landings noisy too. Not a great space for quiet or privacy. As check in was online I did not see any staff.

No staff on-site for day of booking. Had to call someone to get a key code for a room that was already occupied! Rooms had no way to secure them from others getting room code and coming in to the room in the middle of the night like we did to another customer. We left the hotel and found another place to stay. Owners refused to provide a refund.

This property was very clean and the beds were pretty comfortable and the staff was great. The stairs, windows and some other areas of the property could be updated, some screens were missing or busted so we couldn't let fresh air in due to not wanting bugs in the room. There is a huge pothole in the driveway as you come into the property that we tried to avoid each time we came in.
