This used to an awesome place to have a beer, food and meet fellow outdoors people. But now they have closed the bar and restaurant the atmosphere has totally gone. They still advertise a bar and restaurant on Expedia. Their check-in procedure is terrible, call a number, get a text, fill out a form, then wait for a text with the room key number. Took over 25 minutes to get the text. Unbelievable. All said, after that they did issue me with a refund, which was very nice of them/

Just fine for the price. Not as close to the other hotels and restaurants in Mt Shasta but still walkable. Rooms were small - especially the bathroom. Not super clean or well maintained but not bad- ok for a one night stay. First floor room was kind of noisy. No view from our room.

Good enough

The room itself was pleasant enough and clean but the shower door would not close. We would have loved a cup of brewed coffee, not that instant stuff offered, YUCK. The outer building, sidewalk and yards are in need of drastic cleanup and maintenance!

Cute property. I think just a little more TLC needs to go into the construction of refurbishing the rooms. Our bathroom door needed to be jammed to close, making it very loud. A good shaving of the door to make it a little smaller would help this matter. Would have been nice to have a friendly face and hotel staff greet you upon arrival. Still ran very smooth via. Text to get what we needed from the staff.
