The room was very clean! We arrived in pitch dark and heavy rain. We were so thankful to have the option to order an easy pizza dinner so we did not have to leave and find some dinner in those conditions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made sure to call us before hand to point out which room was ours since they knew we were arriving after dark. We would definitely stay here again.

The Hummingbird suite was very spacious and had a great spa tub. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet even though there were guests in the closest rooms to mine. Cell calls texting worked fine with my Verizon plan.

I made a reservation here based on past reviews of this place. It definitely lived up to the hype. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the room service was amazing! This was the most peaceful overnight stay during any road trip we’ve ever gone on. I would definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be returning for a longer stay.

Superb service! We've stayed with our puppy and it was easy checking, transparent fees and policies. Room was spacious, clean, comfy and had everything we need. We tried both dinner provided and breakfast and I really loved the service: they brought it to our room right on time with lovely presentation, however the quality of food was quite average. Overall would definitely recommend and we will come to stay again!

Everything. Best night of our trip. Room was spotless, Staff was amazing and custom ordered breakfast served in our room was perfect. The extremely large room with fireplace, the largest walk-in shower I've ever seen, and a bed that was like sleeping on a cloud. I'm not sure what more you could want.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly, and the surroundings were beautiful. There are a few porch swings and a gazebo, though we didn’t spend much time outside, but we did take a little stroll around. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning, and we could choose what we wanted the night before, which was a nice touch. I personally liked the food, though my husband found the potatoes a bit too spicy for his taste. The staff called us on the day of check-in to go over everything we needed to know, and they followed up with text messages and emails, which was super helpful. The only downside was the noise from the room next door. The walls seemed a bit thin, and the guests next to us stayed up quite late talking, which was a little disruptive. On the plus side, this place is very close to the Lake Shasta Caverns, so it’s a perfect spot to stay if you’re planning to visit the caverns!
