First, the lady behind the counter took forever to come at the desk...than she was polite, when we came to our room it was awful the smells of petchop was horrible. We were late so we decided to just rest and leave early the next morning. The fridge was so noisy and everything feel old and outdated. We won't return there.

After reading some of the recent reviews, I was skeptical, However, the room was clean. BASIC, but clean! The pool and elevator were both in working order and the pool was warm enogh to swim (December). Towels were provided for the pool. The bathroom in our room only had 2 towels, but I'm sure we could have asked for more at the front desk. No coffee maker in the room, but coffee was available in the lobby all day long. The breakfast was basic but free and fresh, cereal, muffins, bagels, and make your own waffles. Orange juice, apple juice, milk and both regular coffee and Decaf. when we asked for decaf, (it was empty) the clerk made a fresh pot right away. We stayed in an "Accessable room" and the bed was comfortable and warm (December). I would stay again.

Roaches in room, stains on sheets, dirty microwave, broken sink, shower looked as if it was installed by person who didn’t know anything about chalking, we stay maybe 15 minutes, this had to be the worse place I’ve stayed and being retired military staying in places all over the world have never until now refused to stay, had just driven a 1000 miles was very tired. We had just stayed in a days in maysville ky.

There were bugs in all our rooms. They came out at night and crawled along the ceiling. I called the front desk asking for assistance, but was told to come to the front desk after I was already dressed for bed. She could not send anyone up, so I swatted them as best I could with a towel and even after that one landed on my hand in the middle of the night. My guests that were with me also had them in their rooms. Very disappointing.

If i could give a lower score i would. The place is filthy. After walking on the carpet then getting in the shower, there was several dirty foot prints from the dirt on the bottom of my feet. There was no cover on the bath fan, which didn't work. Rather than fix it, they removed the switch and covered it up. The breakfast, if you like cold coffee and stale bagels, you're set.

Room was ok, thought it was weird to put down deposit on a fully paid room, and hotels.com should put in the notes that this place allows dogs but with a 15 dollar fee per pet per night. Also took way too long to check in, was only one there. She was using a key card machine from the 1980s.
