We were given the key to our room and when we unlocked the door and went in someone else was in the room already and in bed! They gave us the wrong room. How embarrassing. When we did get in the correct room the door would only lock using the metal security lock and not the dead bolt and the toilet wouldn't flush and there was water still in the bathtub. Very disappointed with our stay!!

The beds were comfortable. There were cobwebs throughout the room and bathroom. The crack in the door to the unit was so big we found a dead Cicada in the room. There was a huge crack in the wall at the ceiling. The bathroom was held together with exposed nails. The towel rack was on its last leg. There was dried blood on the bathroom door and on the lower edge of the mirror. They tried to clean it up and give it a refresh but if someone doesn’t clean it, the refresh doesn’t do much good. It is defiantly a get what you pay for room.

So thankful for the reasonable rate I was able to find last minute. Ashley Arnett, the woman who assisted me at check in, was incredibly helpful. She has been very busy with people staying who are assisting in the tornado recovery, but still took tiime to sign me up with their rewards program and give me all the details regarding wifi and breakfast. She was thoughtful to give me a room close to the entrance so I didn't have to tote me luggage a great distance. She was so welcoming and friendly. I had a pleasant stay.

I reserved a non-smoking room with two queen beds for a family of four. At 1am, after an exhausting day, they gave me a room full of cigarette smoke that had one queen bed. It was a nightmare. So trashy and dirty. We all slept for a few hours in the one bed and left. Awful.

We stayed overnight to rest before our next travel day. The staff changed rooms for us when we complained the TV had no reception (don't judge 😊). The room allowed us the ability to shower & rest. Corners of the room had cobwebs but the sheets & towels were clean. It was just right for what we needed.
