Convenient location just off the expressway. Room was clean and comfortable. Very dissappointed that after a snowfall the parking lot and walkways were not shoveled. Snow was piled so high we had difficulty parking the car and got stuck. Luckily we a mini shovel in the car and cleared the snow. Walkway right in front of entryway full of snow. I would think that a hotel would have contracted with a snow removal company.

The room was like a wind tunnel. Not sure if it was from when the main entry doors or maybe the elevator but I had to pack towels around the crack of the door to get it to stop the howling wind or air going through.

Location is great - so many places to eat around. Room was comfortable, clean but I just wish the sofa was cleaner - it had a lot of stains and those are easy to remove, it just looked gross. Breakfast impressed us the most. So many options - from omelets, bacon, toasts, bagels, cereal, hot oatmeal to chocolate milk for kids. They even offered decaf coffee in their machine which is rare. No room water but there was a water jar for guests to fill up a glass in the lobby. Receptionists were extremely polite.

There were too many things in the room that did not meet expectations. The heat was hard to adjust, the TV was hard to change channels and no guide, the barn door to the bathroom was horrible, didn’t close all the way and hard to move. The alarm was out of battery so unplugging it still didn’t help, and the alarm went off at weird hours and last, but certainly not least., There was no hairdryer in the room, which I didn’t notice until my hair was soaking wet.

I stay here often. Experience has always been good. This time not so much. Room was not cleaned properly. Bed sheets were bunched up and tons of hair in the bed and on the pillows. Was allowed to change rooms but had no double rooms available as I booked so had to move to a King room. That room was noisy from some sort of draft from the outside happening every 10-15 mins all night, ants were extremely bad in the bathroom, toilet was half flushing, heat went out overnight woke up to a cold room and shower door would not stay closed while showering. Attendants apologized and recommended I speak with the manager on Monday.
