stained sheets, even the replacement sheets were stained, this included the pillow cases, pillow's and mattress. I had to go to Wal-Mart and buy clean sheets for my stay. I also left early because of this and the hotel refused to refund the night I didn't stay. The staff was friendly and tried their best, I have no issue with the staff. Also, the toilet never stopped flushing. The management needs to improve.

Poor parking, room heat broken, and room door crack was wide enough to view through from hall. When I made a call to have the heater repaired no one aswered the call after 10 minutes. There were no alternate numbers. No elevator to reach our handicapped room. I am 86 and my wife is 81.

Overall, I'd rate it 2.5 stars and not 3. While you get what you pay for generally, I would always expect to get clean towels + WiFi there. We did not get that. No WiFi, and the towels had stains on them. The staff could not get clean ones since everything was closed up.

The outside of the property was clean and appealing. The receptionist was friendly. The room was clean. The pillow cases, towels & wash clothes all had stains. The furniture was worn down and scuffed. Most of the furnishings were from the 60’s. Avoid all rooms on the West end due to the noise from the restaurant next door.

Walked into the room and it immediately smelt like cigarettes. The window AC unit only worked in 1 of the 4 outlets I tried and even when it was turning on I could barely feel the air even with the fan speed on high. The bed was very uncomfortable. Struggled to get to sleep and when I did I woke up multiple times in pain.

I don’t want to completely dismiss this place because I understand this it is a small town and not meant to be a 5 star stay. But, the sheets were dirty and had holes in them, the pillows were flat and worn, the shower curtain was molding, towels were dirty and heavily stained and there was a leftover bar of used soap in the shower.

Front Desk lady was helpful and courteous. Property is old and worn out. Only one plug point was working. Others were taped to the wall. AC filter was due for change. Heat stopped working. House keeping staff just emptied the trash but broke the toilet paper holder. Toilet flush barely stopped working during my second night of stay! Overall experience was terrible and I will not recommend this property.

It was in a convenient location for us, as it was just 5 minutes from our grandson's house and church; also near a pharmacy and restaurants. The property was a little run down-screen broken. It was also on the second floor-walk-up, as the double room that we requested was on the 2nd floor only(ages 79 & 80). The wi-fi was not working; and we could never get the correct number of clean towels--needed to call or visit to request more. The towels were terribly stained. Although the front desk and cleaning personnel were pleasant.
