The room was good. The person that checked me in was not knowledgeable enough to fix the issue I had and wasted a lot of time just trying to check in. The room was at the very end of the hall and the door going outside right beside my room didn’t work and we had to walk the long hallway and carry luggage a lot farther than we should have

The breakfasts were very good. Staff was very friendly. Bed very comfortable. Didn't care for the sheet metal base around the bed. Kicked it every time getting into bed and it's loud. 2nd floor guests above us very noisy stomping around. The only entrance is not well marked and a bit dangerous sharing the turning lane.

Clean, comfortable and super nice!

This room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing and the customer service at the front desk. The lady was super friendly and helpful. We had had a bad experience the night before in Tennessee and so it was such a relief and night and day difference from what weed been in the night before I slept so good. The bed was so comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this and breakfast was was OK as well
