Everything was as communicated. Nice farm property. Not far from Penn State Football game - which is why we were there. 3 rooms accommodated 5 people just fine. Quiet, safe, clean. Worked for us. Kid complained about Wifi, but phones had 5G so not an issue. Highly recommend.
