I really liked that the front desk provided complimentary toothpaste and toothbrush (I happened to forget mine.) Housekeeping was attentive and replaced/refilled everything I needed, including fresh coffee bags and cups for the coffee maker. I do wish there was a water fountain on the second floor. There was only one water fountain I could find, and it was on the first floor.

We were here for a concert at Shoreline. The room is quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and looked fresh. All the staff all were friendly and welcoming. Uber to the concert was easy, however couldn’t get a ride back so we walked. The walk back was safe and took about 45 minutes because there was a lot of foot traffic to the freeway. Absolutely would stay again!!

Comfortable, clean, and felt safe. Easy to Uber from hotel to the Shoreline Ampitheatre. Air conditioner worked well, but carpet next to a/c was wet. We did report that at the front desk. Very kind and helpful staff.
