There was no microwave, and the room was in need of a through cleaning, there were webs hanging from the ceiling and the room, especially the bathroom had very unpleasant odors.

The room was stayed in was beyond sub par. First off it smelled terrible. The room had rotten wood around the doors and there were spackle marks on the walls. The carpets were stained, dirty, smelly and sticky. Finally all of the smoke detectors were removed- so extremely unsafe. Checking in was confusing and the property manager didn't seem to know what room we reserved and asked us if we wanted a different room even though he said there wasn't another room available. Overall this was one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in and I grossed out.

They say they are a non-smoking hotel, but our room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The manager said all other rooms were taken and he couldn't move us. So despite reserving a "non-smoking" room weeks in advance, we were stuck with the smokey room.

The hotel certainly needs some upgrades. From replacing carpet to door latches & cabinets, there is plenty of room for improvements. Those items aside, this hotel stands out due to cost & customer support & service from those who work here. Housekeeping is TOP notch! I can't say enough about the quality of work they do. While the property could use a facelift, housekeeping more than enough makes up for it. We would stay here agin if in the area.
