Located just a short drive Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas, Devils Den State Park, White Rock, the Buckhorn OHV Trail System or Fort Smith. Whether you're looking to hike, fish, kayak or simply relax in a picturesque location, this is the perfect spot for your next getaway. ***The property is located on a dirt road that is steep. In the winter months when it is snowy or icy a 4 wheel drive vehicle would be needed. If you are pulling a large trailer a 4 wheel drive vehicle may be necessary.

This is our home so please be respectful. The Coffee table is a real piece of petrified wood. Please do not sit on it.
Do not take the blue chlorine ball out of the hot tub. A $75 fee will be assessed if the water has to be changed due to chlorine ball being left out.
Only throw bagged trash away outside. The trash service will not pick up trash if it is not bagged.
