La chambre est tres propre et bien tenue. Locaux agreables et bien conçus. Le buffet du petit dejeuner est tres bon et les produits sont frais et faits maison. Le personnel esf tres agreable et accueillant. Rapport qualité-prix bon. Je recommandeeaj cette adresse a mon entourage.

The reception was closed. We have to call a number in 10 min a lady helped us. The electronic card was not working. We have to wait 20 min for activate the card. All the time we wait in the hall No WiFi No airconditioner. So we opens the window. A train keeps us awake. The breakfast poor but was ok. The lady kind

Bonjour, Nous avons pris note de votre commentaire et sommes désolés de lire que votre séjour chez nous ne s'est pas bien passé. Notre réception est fermée le samedi et dimanche après-midi. Nous avons un service de piquet et garantissons une présence sur place en moins de 15 minutes. Le problème de la carte de chambre est connu. Notre système d'ouverture de portes sera changé dans les prochaines semaines. L'accès au wifi est disponible dès l'arrivée dans le hall de l'hôtel. Le code du wifi est mentionné sur l'enveloppe cartonnée qui contient la carte de chambre. La ligne de chemin de fer est un problème. Nos fenêtres ont été posées en conséquence. Nous notons toutefois qu'il n'y a pas de passage de train entre minuit et 05h30 du matin. En fin de service des petits déjeuners, le buffet peut manquer de certains ingrédients, mais nous sommes toujours disponibles pour accéder à vos demandes spéciales. En regrettant que votre séjour n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, je vous adresse mes cordiales salutations.
