VERY noisy

We travelled with another couple. Our bedroom was the second one down the hall. You can hear every word from every other apartment, late night partying, children crying, etc. I did send a message to the contact whom, stated “as property manager, they could not control the other residential properties, therefore was not able to do anything about it
