Summary:

A cosy, year-round tiny house located in Lubomierz, in the heart of the Gorce Mountains. It’s the perfect place for guests looking for peace, nature, and relaxation away from the city. The house accommodates up to 5 guests and offers mountain views, a private terrace, a fire pit area, a gas grill, and a year-round hot tub. The area is surrounded by hiking and cycling trails, as well as ski slopes and cross-country routes in winter.



The Space:

Our year-round tiny house was created for simple and comfortable relaxation close to nature. The cabin was designed to blend naturally into the surrounding mountain landscape.



The house can accommodate up to 5 guests and includes:



a living room with a double sofa bed,

a mezzanine sleeping area for 2 guests,

a small separate bedroom with a single bed,

a fully equipped kitchen,

a bathroom with a shower,

a terrace with mountain views.



Guests have access to Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen, a dishwasher, stovetop, fridge, microwave, coffee, tea, and basic everyday essentials.



Outside you will find:



a year-round hot tub,

a fire pit area,

a gas grill,

free bicycles,

outdoor space for relaxation and children’s play.



Use of the hot tub is available for an additional fee:



first preparation and heating — PLN 200 during summer season, PLN 300 during winter season (December-February).

each additional day — PLN 100/PLN 150.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house, including the private terrace, garden, and surrounding outdoor area. Free parking is available on-site. Guests can also use the fire pit area, gas grill, bicycles, and private hot tub.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in a quiet part of Lubomierz, surrounded by forests, mountains, and nature. It’s an ideal place for guests who enjoy hiking, cycling, and peaceful stays away from crowds and city life.



Nearby attractions include:



hiking trails of the Gorce National Park,

cycling and trekking routes,

Lubomierz Ski,

cross-country skiing trails,

Termy Gorce thermal baths in Poręba Wielka.



It’s a great base for both active holidays and relaxing mountain getaways.



Getting Around:

The easiest way to reach the property is by car, and free parking is available on-site. The area can also be reached by public transport or taxi.



Other Things to Note:

Three times a week, a local bakery from Nowy Sącz visits the property. Guests can buy fresh bread and sometimes homemade dishes such as pierogi, croquettes, and cutlets.



Interaction with Guests:

The hosts live next to the property while respecting guests’ privacy and ensuring a relaxed atmosphere during your stay.



Pets are welcome free of charge and without any deposit. Please note that two friendly dogs belonging to the hosts also roam freely around the property, so pet owners are asked to supervise their animals during the stay.

This chalet offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
