Calm, nostalgic, and refined, the home unfolds with thoughtful styling and a tranquil atmosphere that reflects the quiet rhythm and country warmth Mudgee is known for. This home welcomes you with a covered porch—an inviting spot for a morning coffee or a quiet pause at day’s end. Inside, the living area is styled for comfort, with generous seating, curated artwork, and a cosy reading nook for slow afternoons or relaxed evenings in.
The kitchen sits at the heart of the home, with a generous island, modern appliances, and a dedicated coffee setup. Dine indoors or step onto the sun-drenched patio where outdoor dining, a BBQ, leafy surrounds, and open blue skies set the scene for long lunches. As night falls, gather around the fire pit in the backyard, sharing stories beneath the stars as the warmth of the fire draws everyone closer.
Four bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across the home, featuring a king, two queen rooms, and a twin room with king singles. Each is styled with quality linen and soft lighting, offering comfort, privacy, and flexibility for group stays. Two family bathrooms support relaxed group stays—one with a bathtub and separate walk-in shower, the other with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. A full laundry adds everyday convenience, while a dedicated workspace provides a quiet place to work or plan the day.
With driveway parking for two vehicles, additional free street parking, central air conditioning and heating, the home is designed for easy, comfortable country stays.
Firewood packs can be pre-ordered at an additional cost, available only from April to September. Please inform us at the time of booking if you would like to have firewood provided.
