Whether you're sharing stories over a BBQ or sipping wine in the backyard, this home offers a true taste of laid-back living.
Set behind a white picket fence and leafy garden, this classic cottage welcomes you with a sunny front porch, perfect for quiet moments. Inside, the light-filled living area invites you to slow down with soft seating, a TV, and an electric fireplace — setting the tone for restful evenings after exploring Mudgee’s cellar doors.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, rice cooker, Nespresso machine, and all the essentials for easy cooking. A timber table invites guests to linger over meals with a glass of Chardonnay beneath a glowing chandelier, while a vintage buffet provides a convenient spot for serving dishes.

Step into the backyard and embrace the rhythm of country living — unwind in the garden nook with a book and birdsong, savour a BBQ lunch on the covered patio, or gather around the firepit at sunset to share stories and toast marshmallows under the stars.

Each bedroom is a peaceful retreat, with a queen bed, soft linens, and relaxed styling that reflects the surrounding countryside. The two bathrooms are fresh and functional — one with a rainfall shower, the other thoughtfully integrated with the laundry, complete with a washer, dryer, and a separate toilet for added ease.

Year-round comfort is ensured with split-system air conditioning and heating in the living area and the second bedroom. The driveway offers off-street parking for two vehicles behind automated gates. Additional free street parking is also available. Please note that the back garage is not accessible to guests. Firewood packs for the firepit can be pre-ordered and pre-purchased between April and September.

An eight-minute stroll takes you to the Paragon Hotel for a classic pub meal, or head 11 minutes on foot to Church Street’s dining strip, where you’ll find cosy cafés, brunch at Dancing Goat, and craft beer with woodfired pizza at Mudgee Brewing Co. Pick up essentials at Woolworths supermarket, just a 13-minute walk from home. Robertson Park, home to the town’s much-loved monthly markets, is only 12 minutes away. Within a three-minute drive, you’ll find Roth’s Wine Bar and Three Tails Brewery. Other cellar doors like Burrundulla, Burnbrae, and The Cellar by Gilbert are all under eight minutes.
