Step into a wine-country escape shaped by contemporary design and refined industrial touches. The open-plan living area centres around a leather sofa, wall-mounted TV, and electric fireplace—an intimate setting for relaxed evenings in with a glass of local wine.

The gourmet kitchen is sleek and functional, fully equipped with quality appliances and a dedicated wine fridge for effortless cooking and entertaining. A generous island with bar stools becomes the gathering point for morning coffee or light bites, while a nearby round dining table offers a comfortable setting for shared meals.

Outdoors, a covered seating area offers a relaxed spot to sit with a book or enjoy a quiet drink. The BBQ makes alfresco dining effortless, while the fire pit creates a warm focal point for evenings spent under the stars on cooler nights.

A barn-style sliding door adds character, subtly nodding to the region’s rural heritage while separating the bedroom from the main living area. The bedroom features a king bed, blackout blinds, and heating and cooling for year-round comfort. A built-in study nook with timber shelving offers a dedicated workspace with natural light, ideal for remote work or planning the day. The ensuite continues the contemporary aesthetic with a double vanity, rainfall shower, and deep bathtub, while a concealed Euro-style laundry with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

Please note: Petit Verdot is located on the same block as another listing, Gabrielle. Each property is completely separate, with its own private accommodation and outdoor areas. Parking is available for one vehicle and is accessed via a shared gate, which will need to be opened on arrival.
