Located within walking distance of Mudgee’s town centre, this spacious retreat offers a sophisticated base to experience the region’s countryside charm, with renowned wineries just a short drive away. Inside, multiple living areas, a fireplace, a full kitchen and a dedicated workspace provide comfort throughout your stay. Outdoors, the patio with BBQ and dining invites shared meals, while the private hot tub is perfect for soothing soaks before gathering around the fire pit under the stars.
Bright and spacious, this two-storey home blends refined modern design with relaxed country comfort. Living areas are thoughtfully spread across both levels. At the front, a comfortable sitting room with a TV sits beside a dedicated workspace for catching up on emails or planning the day. Toward the rear, the main living area forms the social heart of the home, where plush sofas gather around the gas fireplace and a large TV for relaxed evenings together. Upstairs, a third living area offers a peaceful nook for reading or unwinding, with a queen sofa bed available on request (additional fee applies).

The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, including a Nespresso machine, while a generous walk-in pantry keeps everything neatly organised. A large island with stools invites casual bites, and the long dining table beside wide windows creates an easy setting for shared meals. For alfresco meals, step outside to the covered alfresco entertaining area, where a built-in outdoor cooking area with a sink and gas BBQ sits beside a spacious dining setting for easy outdoor meals. Sink into the private hot tub overlooking the fully fenced backyard after a long day, then linger beside the fire pit as the evening cools.

Upstairs, four well-appointed bedrooms create a peaceful retreat for rest. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a private balcony and an ensuite with a double vanity and a walk-in shower for added comfort. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third includes two single beds that can be converted into a king on request for an additional fee. The fourth bedroom offers a queen bed, while a nearby family bathroom features both a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower. Downstairs, a convenient powder room sits beside the laundry.

Year-round comfort is ensured with central heating and cooling, along with split-system air conditioning and heating in the downstairs living area. Additional conveniences include a full laundry with a washer and dryer, EV charging, a two-car garage and driveway parking for three vehicles.

Please note that for groups of 8 or fewer wishing to use the sofa bed, a $50 fee applies to cover linen and setup.

The scenic Cudgegong River is just a short stroll away, where riverside paths invite peaceful morning walks or relaxed afternoon wanders. Follow the nearby Lawson Park Sculptures Walk, a unique outdoor gallery that blends contemporary artworks with the riverbank landscape.

A few minutes further brings you to Lawson Park, a popular spot for picnics and the weekly Saturday Parkrun. From here it’s an easy walk into Mudgee’s town centre, where you can visit local cafés, wine bars, restaurants and boutique shops.

Beyond town, the region’s celebrated wineries are just a short drive away, offering relaxed tastings, vineyard lunches and some of the best food and wine experiences in the region.
