Spacious and central, this inviting cottage is the perfect retreat for couples looking to explore Mudgee by foot. It offers a spacious backyard, complete with an undercover patio where you can dine alfresco and a chimenea to enjoy cosy nights under the stars. Open plan living is decked out in modern country style, offering a comfortable three-seater sofa fronting a central TV. Walk to the local Woolworths to stock up on groceries and cook meals in the corner kitchen, or opt to dine out and sample the array of eateries on your doorstep. A four-seater table encourages meals together, while a desk allows you to easily set up your laptop and work remotely.

The bedroom is immaculately presented, offering a restful king bed and a sofa where you can curl up to read your favourite book. Split-system heating and cooling allows for a temperate night sleep. The crisp, white bathroom offers plenty of storage space in the vanity, along with a shower and in-unit laundry. Parking is provided on the driveway for two cars.
