Private: garden (fenced). In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket, restaurant 500 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Rudi Preimel" 290 m. Gondola lift 16 km. Nearby attractions: Barbarossaschlucht 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Goldeck 16 km, Mölltaler Gletscher 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Millstätter See 15 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
