Absolutely worst experience ever. At midnight tellinge to stay out in cold and pay again for an already paid booking. Then 20 mins later they realise their mistake and let me in. Feels like fraudsters, absolutely no apologies from staff

Une gestion lamentable. Lors de la réservation, ils affirment qu'aucun paiement ne sera effectué avant l'arrivée à l'hôtel. Pourtant, bien que j'aie annulé ma réservation, ils ont débité ma carte bancaire sans mon autorisation. Ne donnez surtout pas vos coordonnées bancaires, ce sont des voleurs. Ne leur faites pas confiance !

Sachez qu’il n’y a pas d’accueil avant 17 h, vous vous débrouillerez avec un terminal. De plus, situé au 3 eme étage (sans ascenseur), une épouvantable odeur d’égouts parfumait le couloir… tout ça pour 75 euros la nuit. À bannir !
