Perfectly located 101 Beacon Hill is a spacious three-bedroom apartment occupying the entire ground floor of Building A in the exclusive three-building, gated complex at Beacon Hill, Mullins, St Peter. This very private home has amazing sea views and steps away from to Mullins Beach,

A foyer leads to a spacious open plan sitting room and dining room with satellite TV and WiFi and has French doors leading onto a large terrace and BBQ area.

The apartment has a well equipped newly fitted kitchen connected to the dining room by a sit-up breakfast bar, a separate laundry room with everything you will need for a comfortable stay.

There are three double bedrooms – the master bedroom has it's own en suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a large bathroom. There is an additional guest powder room off the foyer. All three bedrooms have ample built- in wardrobes and all the rooms have independent air-conditioners and ceiling fans.

Both the sitting room and the master bedroom open directly through double French doors to the large private covered terrace.

A private plunge pool for the exclusive use of the apartment is located on the terrace with views of Mullins Beach and is set in a lovely garden area, From this terrace the beach is only steps away. The main entrance provides easy level access and leads directly from the communal driveway and two assigned parking spaces

Several bars and restaurants in walking distance, including the ever popular Seashed . There is great access to the local bus service. A car is not required at the apartment as buses are plentiful and you can be in Speightstown or Holetown very quickly and easily.

101 Beacon Hill is our family holiday home so unfortunately we wont be on the Island at the time you visit and all interaction will be via email or phone if required.

We have a great local property manager who will be in contact with you before your stay and will be happy to help with any further queries or request you may have before or during your visit.

We have been visiting Barbados for nearly 20 years and have seen our family grow up on the beaches there. We look forward to welcoming others to share our love of the island

The location of this apartment could not be beat. We could see and hear the sea and walk to our two favourite beaches as well as Mullin’s and various restaurants. We often walked across the road to watch the sun go down. It was nice to have the plunge pool to cool off in and access to the larger pool as well. The birds were a treat and the outdoor space was perfect to relax in.The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and well equipped. It had plenty of room for 6 of us.Communication was excellent and a minor issue that we had was dealt with quickly.My only complaint would be the yellow buses which could be noisy while we were on the patio, however it was worth it to be in that location. We would love to go back.

We loved our stay at this superb apartment! It’s in a beautiful spot overlooking Mullins Beach so a quick hop over the road for an early morning swim in the sea or for a sundowner as the sun sets. It’s also very convenient for the many restaurants, bars, cafés and supermarkets between Holetown and Speightstown. We hired a car but could easily have got about by bus. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, although we never sat inside but spent all our time on the lovely terrace, which was great even in a rainstorm. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked most days. Jenny the owner was very helpful right from the time of booking, and provided an excellent list of suggested things to do and see, which we made good use of. There are still some to do so we hope to be back next year and we would certainly book this apartment again!

Gorgeous Appartment in perfect location

Loved the apartment it was very well Equipped, spacious and comfortable. The outside area was truly lovely with lots of seating and a fabulous private pool - we were never out of it ! The complex is lovely and and quiet and location spot on just over the road from Mullins beach. We would love to stay again. The owner was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks

Nice, clean home across the street from the beach.

Nice home with good outdoor living space. There were 6 adults and plenty of room. Kitchen well equipped. Beautiful beach across the street. There was street noise, but was convenient to restaurants, several beaches, and Speightstown. Alisha was very helpful. We forgot a phone when we checked out, and she brought it to us. Paulette, the housekeeper, was very friendly! We had a wonderful time.
