Villa Kameya, a spacious property with 4 master bedrooms each with individual private en-suites. A pool, separate spa and numerous social and relaxing areas. The property was renovated in summer 2024.

Each bedroom is air conditioned as well as a large AC unit in the dining/living rooms.

Perfect for four couples or multi generational family vacation.

Villa Kameya is a spacious (4.5k sq ft) property, gated on its own parcel of land 5 minutes walk (450M) from the Sea Shed and Mullins beach.

WiFi with fibre broadband. LG TV with apps for Netflix etc.

Excellent property & excellent location

We stayed for 2 weeks here in April, and it just worked so well for our two families. Lots of space in all the bedrooms and the teenagers made themselves at home in the basement annex. All of the living spaces are more than ample,with the best outdoor space for the pool and BBQs. It’s 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach which has bars, a top quality restaurant and also the local garage which is great for convenience supplies. Peter is great, and couldn’t be more helpful, top quality host.

An enjoyable stay and a helpful host

We really enjoyed our stay at Peter’s beautiful place. It’s a large space that accommodated 10 people. It’s a great location as it’s within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Peter was very communicative both during our stay and leading up to it. Well priced for the quality you’re getting as well. Highly recommend staying here.
