The home features a fully fenced garden, a private undercover deck and off-street parking for one vehicle.

As you enter, you'll find the main living area with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

To the left is a second living space, created from the converted garage. This versatile room features a comfortable couch, a reading nook and a desk for anyone needing to work remotely. Open the garage door to let the fresh air in and enjoy the sunshine, peaceful surroundings and views towards Mount Chincogan. It's the perfect place to relax with a book, enjoy your morning coffee or simply unwind after a day exploring the Northern Rivers.

At the rear of the home is a bright and airy open-plan kitchen and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine and everything you need to cook at home.
