Room felt claustrophobic. You had to walk through the shower to get to the toilet. I would say this is a 2* hotel. As a 2* it is a good place to stay for a budget traveler as they give a good breakfast. We had booked for 5 nights but left after 1st night as we were not able to stay there. Even though we let the hitel know if our discomfort at 7.00 am next morning they still charged us for the next night. We had checked in at 2.00 am

The room was dirty i had to ask them to clean. They did. Breakfast is in an oily smelling basement and quality is below average. Overall hygiene of passages is poor. The bed mattress is good. Lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are two restaurants, one on the rooftop with bar. There is also a cafe serving the best coffee I have had in India. All staff were really helpful, approachable and attentive to our needs. They helped to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We can’t remember the names of all the staff, but a big thanks to Din Dayal and his team and the kitchen and security staff. The location was perfect as well as it is very close to all the shops and services we needed. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and hope to come back someday.

Hotel stay was really comfortable. Exceptional hotel staff, who were all really helpful and did everything they could to help. This included the front lobby security. Room was great and bed was super comfortable. Cleaned every day to a good standard. I would stay again. Convenient location in Mumbai.

Nice hotel with good security. Staff very friendly and helpful couldn’t do enough for us. Two restaurants with excellent food and different menus. The hotel is set back from a busy road which is noisy but you soon get used to that. Shops in Bandra are within walking distance or easy to get to by tuctuc.
