After having traveled 24 hrs from the USA and looking forward to few hours of rest before flying. We encountered an excessive amount of noise from neighbors rooms repeated complaints lead to no rest no sleep. We had a flight to catch so we were up at 3am The assistant manager didn't offer any reasonable compensation towards our cost of accommodation which was the least I would have expected. Was very disappointed .

Hotel condition is great, Room was clean. Staff was awesome, Always ready to help with a smile. Location bit awkward but doable. Hard to find transportation especially in odd hours so airport travelers plan ahead 🙂. Would have been great if hotel starts providing free airport shuttle service as its very close to the airport. Overall stay was good.

The hotel is certainly a budget hotel. But it has a lot of nice amenities like a food hall. The rooms are really quiet, even though they’re right next to the airport and the highway. The floor was a bit dirty, but the beds were comfortable. They advertise an airport shuttle, but when I went downstairs, they said they would call me a taxi. Overall, a good value for a short stay.
