Did not get correct accommodation which I booked for. Requested room to sleep 4 and was given 1 double bed and 1 single. Manager unreasonable when tried to explain. Showed him my booking which confirmed 1 double and 2 single. His copy showed 1 double and 2 twin.- did not understand what 2 twin meant. Gave me a single mattress but no space in the room. It would block access to bathroom. Other staff were good but this manager was rude and abusive. He refused to give me his name.wasted an hour with him, without any resolution.

I just could not stay there.... checked about within less than an hour of getting there... felt highly unsafe, room door had no latch, chair in room was heavily soiled, loud ceiling fan, a whole lot of outside noise from the streets, archaic i.e. manual guest check in.... the list is endless. The outlook of the hotel from the Hotel bookings website is nothing like it is in reality.... left me totally in shock.....
