Sai Leela grand stay

Not good condition. Pictures does not match with actual hotel. Rooms and bathroom is dirty. Pot cover was broken and it was not fixed after requesting too.

Imagine the worst hotel you can, this one is worse

This place shouldn't even be on Orbitz! We arranged a shuttle from the airport which never showed up. The local taxi driver didn't even want to go to this place. Check in was a disaster as they didn't have us listed, which was the end of their disinterested "help" on the matter. We had to call Orbitz to straighten it out (all on our own international minutes). Finally we got checked into literally the filthiest hotel room I've ever seen. Mosquitos everywhere inside the room. Dirt and mold on the walls. Booked a city view and the room had no windows. Booked 2 double beds and got 1 bed and a stained mattress on the floor. Bathroom was only a sink, toilet and showerhead in an otherwise completely empty room. No soap, no shampoo, no toilet paper. An absolute dump in every sense of the word. We checked out immediately and moved to another hotel at great additional expense. Do not even consider staying here!
