This place is sitting in middle of 6.3 acres of woods has incredible amounts of wildlife around. Very quiet& all new paint & flooring. Game room has 3 brand new games in it. Has a garden that is enclosed because of a lot of wildlife & you are welcome to pick any vegetables.Have to be 21 or older to book this place.
The space
Very close to Montour Preserve. Great fishing, boating, trails for hiking or just relaxing. Can rent kayaks, canoes, or paddle boats. About 40 minutes from Knoebels Amusement Park.

Other things to note
This place just had Central Air Conditioning put in. It also has a gas-powered Generac generator, so you will never be without electricity if there is a power outage. Bungalow just got a new outdoor fireplace for your use.

Wonderful property in a great location for a getaway. For us it was perfect after working long days to be away from the city in the woods peaceful and quiet will stay here again when we work in Watson town

Totally relaxing

The property was great. Quiet location, peaceful and relaxing. Plenty of room for our stay, clean, plenty of natural light. The vegetable garden was an added bonus to be able to pick vegetables you wanted. We ventured into town for dinner at The Stonehouse Pizzeria, food was fabulous.
