Authentic charming hotel.

The Hotel Branka is lovely. The people running it are extremely nice and kind, and the welcome very genuine. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and as described in the details. There is a nice little bar and a shady terrace. Breakfast was fairly basic. The harbour in the village is lovely, and just 2 minutes walk away. Parking in Mundaka is challenging to say the least. The streets are very narrow, and much of the parking is residential. As we left, we saw a larger, slightly out of town parking area just on the road heading on to Gaztelugatxe, which might help you if you are stuck. Its certainly a nice harbour area, and Hotel Branka felt very authentic and was good value for money.

A small, friendly place to stop.

A very clean room A good night's sleep. Friendly helpful staff. BUT difficult to find, mostly due to one way system of the corner of the street it's on. Easy to miss.

Arrive un samedi sous la pluie. Travaux municipaux à l’entrée de l’hôtel. Chambre correcte sans plus. Accueil correct sans plus. Hotel difficile à trouver car « enseigne » mal localisée. La petite ville est un véritable cauchemar en auto et le stationnement y est très rare. En résumé, en cas de nécessité seulement.

L’hôtel est très propre et le personnel très sympathique. Un ventilateur aurait été mis à disposition nous aurions pu dormir sans profiter des conversations de la terrasse 😕, impossible de dormir fenêtre fermée ( dommage car l’isolation sonore était bonne ) au vu de la chaleur. 1 ventilateur + des étagères dans la salle de bain et tout aurait été parfait
