Situated in a quiet residential area, the granny apartment "Ferienwohnung Grünwald" on the ground floor is part of a detached house used by the owner himself. A small garden belongs to the apartment. All necessary stores, doctors and banks are within 10 minutes walking distance in the town center.
The tram line 25 connects Grünwald directly with the Harlaching Clinic, the Schönklinik Harlaching and the Rechts der Isar Hospital. You can reach the Munich Trade Fair and the Oktoberfest directly with just one change.
Also the streetcar to Munich (25 minutes by car). The S-Bahn can be reached by car in 5 minutes, or by bus. A "Tante Emma" store is just around the corner. Beautiful walks or bicycle tours in the direction of the Isarhochufer, Grünwalder and Perlacher Forst are possible directly from the house.
The idyllic Bavarian Oberland borders on the south. Day trips to the Chiemsee, Tegernsee, Schliersee, Starnberger See, into the mountains ... or even just to the Deininger Weiher.
Apartment facilities: The traditionally Bavarian furnished living room has a kitchenette with mini kitchen (2 hotplates, oven, fridge, wall cupboard), a mobile kitchen sideboard. Kettle, coffee machine and a variety of kitchen utensils, including pots and pans and everything you need for a well-laid table.
The sofa bed in the living room can be used as an extra bed for one person (or two children) if booked accordingly. The bedroom with double bed has new box-spring mattresses in two different firmness levels (H2 and H3), the bathroom has two washbasins, a shower, bathtub and washing machine, drying rack in the bathtub.
The many built-in cupboards in the hallway offer enough space for your luggage.
The house is heated by district heating/geothermal energy. We are happy to receive suggestions for further improvements to the furnishings so that you and other guests feel comfortable. Please contact us in advance to discuss any necessary details.
