Wonderful Apartment and Owner

First of all Monika is absolutely wonderful and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed since our case was a little special. We were moving to Germany and needed some help registering and finding certain places. She helped us with everything! We couldn't have asked for a better experience moving back to Germany. As for the place, the size is really nice and the furniture is great. We had everything we needed especially in the kitchen since we did cook a lot. The washing machine was very useful as well. The apartment is so close to the S bahn which makes getting around so easy. Sadly, I did not get to use the garden since it was too cold, but the setting made it feel like you were in the forest. We have a cat and Monika stopped by and was so friendly with him. She really is an animal lover and her dog is just adorable. We will recommend her place to anyone who comes to visit and is looking for a vacation rental!

Great apartment! Great owner!

The apartment was well stocked very comfortable, very private ,and very close to the train. The house was in a wonderful neighborhood and I literally only had to walk 3-4 minutes to the train which takes you to Munich. Monika the owner was very helpful when needed. Animals are welcome pretty much anywhere in Germany but definitely here, she has a little dog named tootie and she came to visit us every day. There is a bakery And a butchery right down the street. Also there is a store called edeka Which has all your food needs for your house. There is also an ATM and a bank that you can use even if you are using your American bank cards.She said she had bicycles but she did not at the time they had broken. I don’t know if she will be getting more, we really didn’t need them, but it would’ve been nice to have. We stayed an entire month here and had no problems. We stayed through the Oktoberfest 2018 time span and then we saw several popular cities and popular castles in the southern region. We also went to Salzburg Austria For a couple days and came back and had no problems with the apartment at all. I would highly recommend this house if you have a couple and two children or two couples. You could possibly bring 4 children. There is a very large couch and another couch in the main bedroom. All in all, I would highly recommend this property. Thanks again to Monika! we had a great time !

Cozy and quiet

Great location for this condo! Short walk to bakery, butcher, grocer, as well as train station. Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Beautiful surroundings and very quiet and private. The condo itself was spacious with plenty of room for lounging around as well. The outside space is very nice with a little couch set and a hammock. Kitchen was well equipped and washing machine is a huge bonus. Beds were very comfortable and everything was neat and clean. Bathroom has a tub as well as a shower and is a good size overall. I would only have two suggestions - I would recommend better lighting in the shower as it is pretty dark just in that one spot. My only other recommendation would be a drying clothes rack to hang wet clothes outside especially if one is staying long term. A drying rack from IKEA would be perfect! Other than that, this place is great for a single person, a couple, and a family of 3-4. Monika was very welcoming and helpful and we truly enjoyed our stay. We will be back! Thank you for letting us stay here!

Comfortable, clean and good location. Very friendly owner who couldn't do enough to help.

We stayed here for 9 nights, 2 adults and one 17 year old and one 14 year old. The WiFi was great! Excellent communications with Monkia (the owner) prior to our arrival and during our visit. She was very helpful with advice and even dried a few loads of washing for us in her dryer & printed out our boarding cards for us! Her two little dogs are very friendly too and visit you on occasion. We had a hire car, but you can get around without one - the S Bahn stop is only a few minutes walk away - and tickets work out cheaper if you buy a 3 day pass or do a group ticket. We dined twice at a local Chinese Restaurant again a few minutes walk away as the service and food was so good and very reasonable. There's a small supermarket also a few minutes walk away. Further afield - a 5 minute drive is a Lidl, and a little further an Aldi supermarket. Two stops on the S Bahn (or 10 minutes in the car) takes you to Pasing - a nice little town which has an indoor shopping centre, with lots of restaurants. The Centre of Munich (Marienplatz) is 20 mins away on the S Bahn - SO much to do here. Lots of markets, museums (you'll never see all of the Deuches museum in one day), Englicher garten was great - locals surf here and swim in a 'lazy river'. The Hofbrauhaus is an essential visit! We drove to Bad Tolz - a beautiful village and just outside is an alpine ski lift with a summer toboggan run. We also went to Therme Erding, an indoor water park and spa but should have paid for all day ticket as 4 hours wasn't enough to explore it all. The accommodation was perfect to return to when we had finished out day out - very quiet for undisturbed sleep, the photos are accurate - everything is as described.

Der Aufenthalt war gut.Die Wohnung war sauber und liebevoll ausgestattet.Jedoch gibt es in der Wohnung auch Schönheitsfehler.Als unsere Tochter geduscht hat ist durch die Wärme ein Spiegel von der Wand gefallen der nur geklebt war und hat unsere Tochter verletzt. Außerdem wurde uns vorgeworfen das das Bett am Kopfteil beschädigt war .Unser Hund ist ständig mit uns unterwegs und hat noch nie etwas zerstört.Auch dieses Mal nicht!!!

Empfang der Vermieterin war freundlich. Hervorgehoben wurden die verarbeiteten Echthölzer aus der Region. Leider stimmt das nicht ganz an den Wänden sind z. B. in Holzoptik aufgeschäumte PVC-Platten angebracht. In der Küche waren kein Fenster und kein Dunstabzug, was beim Kochen ungünstig war. Ein grelles LED-Band (nicht Dimmbar) ist unterhalb der Decke entlang der Wände in Küche und Wohnzimmer angebracht. Die Küche war dadurch sehr ungemütlich. Eine weitere Beleuchtung ist nicht vorhanden, auch die Eckbank und der Hocker sehr ungemütlich und durchgesessen. Der Tisch war groß, leider luden die anderen Bedingungen nicht zum Verweilen ein. Das „Ledersofa“ im Wohnzimmer war hart und ungemütlich. Die Betten waren grenzwertig. Der angepriesene Barbecuegrill war dermaßen verdreckt und verrostet, dass wir ihn nicht zum Grillen nutzen konnten. Die Holzdielen zum Grill waren z. T. morsch, leider sind zwei Holzdielen beim Begehen eingebrochen, zum Glück ist nichts passiert (Verkehrssicherungspflicht des Vermieters). Leider war keine Sitzgarnitur im Garten, so dass man nicht draußen essen konnte, somit haben wir in der grellen Küche sitzen müssen. Es gab nur eine kleine Sitzlounge mit kleinem Tisch und Liege, für ein Glas Wein ausreichend. Wohlfühlen ist etwas anderes, daher keine Weiterempfehlung. Die Beschreibung des „5* Chalet “ entspricht nicht dem, was wir angetroffen haben. Interessant wäre, wer die „5*“ vergeben hat, eine unabhängige Bewertungskommission?

Ruheoase mit zentraler Anbindung

Wir haben diese Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt auf dem Oktoberfest gemietet. Das Objekt befindet sich in einer gepflegten Wohnsiedlung mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Empfangen wurden wir von der überaus freundlichen Vermieterin, welche uns die Wohnung sowie nützliche Tipps für die Umgebung mitteilte. Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos des Inserats. Berücksichtigt werden sollte, dass es sich um eine Kellerwohnung mit angrenzender Terasse handelt. Unserem Empfinden nach, hat es nach "Keller" gerochen. Fenster konnten jedoch zum lüften geöffnet werden. Das Ambiente war wohnlich. Die Lage zur S-Bahn und damit verbundenen Anbindung zur Innenstadt ist optimal. Wir würden wiederkommen.

War ok - sehr dunkele Wohnung mit wenig Licht und wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter und viel Sonne - Gastgeber haben sich drei Tage nicht blicken lassen, obwohl sie da waren und oben drüber wohnen. Wenn ein Problem auftrat - wie der piepsende Herd - dann gab es nur Schweigen und man durfte es selber regeln wofür man dann eine Belobigungs-SMS bekam.

Es hat alles super geklappt! Lage ist top, Supermarkt , Bäcker, München Stadt…, alles super zu erreichen. Mit Hunde und Kinder optimal. Garten eingezäunt. Gerade Küche und Bad nicht hell da keine Fenster. Man hat alles was man braucht .

Charmant aber mit deutlichen Mängeln

Charmant eingerichtete, mit Details versehene kleine Fewo mit freundlicher Vermieterin am Rande Münchens. Die Wohnung verliert ihren Charme durch die Lage im Untergeschoss, fehlendes Tageslicht, Fenster in Kü/Bad zwar vorhanden aber zeigen in die Werkstatt des Hausmeisters, modrigen Kellergeruch in Wohn-u. Kinderzimmer. Schade!

Familienurlaub

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verlebt. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, die S-Bahn ist in der Nähe, aber die Wohnung selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, so dass man auch kleine Kinder beruhigt nach draußen lassen kann. Kleine Geschäfte wie eine toller Bäcker und ein Metzger sind um die Ecke, so dass ein Grundschulkind wunderbar erste Erfahrungen beim selbstständigen Einkaufen machen kann. Starnberger See und Ammersee sind mit dem Auto oder S-Bahn schnell erreichbar, Tegernsee, Chiemsee oder die Schlösser Neuschwanstein oder Linderhof sind als Tagesausflug absolut machbar. Und wenn das Wetter mal nicht so mitspielt, liegt München vor der Tür. Familie Klein ist unheimlich feindlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit ihren Tipps den perfekten Urlaub beschert. Ein dickes Dankeschön für die tolle Zeit!!!
