This is a budget hotel, but we had a nice breakfast the following morning and would recommend this place to anyone in need of a short last minute stay.

This is a very clean, quaint, well taken care of hotel. The downside is that it does NOT have an elevator or air conditioning. If you plan on staying in the summer or hotter months please take this into consideration. If you are staying with elderly people or those with mobility issues this may not be the right fit for you as there is not an elevator.

The hotel indicated it was wheel chair accessible. We arrive & find out it doesn't have an elevator. Our room was 38, which suggests it is on the 3rd floor. Here it is on the 4th floor. We had to carry our 2 - 50 lb. suitcase up as no one from the hotel was available. I am 80 years old & my wife has 2 artificial knees. Then everyday for 4 days had to climb the stairs at least 2 times. Not an enjoyable experience for 2 elder people of which 1 is handicapped.

I booked this property for my husband and son during a trip to Germany. Before they even checked in (they dropped their luggage for storage) my husband was sending me pictures of the outside, saying he felt like he was in the ghetto. I lost $250 but I booked another hotel a couple of blocks away so they never went inside.
