-The biggest issue with this apartment is that it is RIGHT NEXT TO train rail and all day and all night long trains pass by with loud noises. The trains pass right by the bedroom windows. It is impossible to sleep. - place seems to have probably been in commercial use and now turned into residential. - there were small roaches in the unit and we informed the contact and he said these are normal in wooded areas! Extra sheets and pillows in the closet had stains and hair on them ( see pictures) - there were trash at various corners and half eaten bags of nuts and chips in one of the drawers
