Lovely hotel, really helpful and polite staff check you in before going to a very light, spacious exceptionally clean room. Good quality toiletries and a good priced and stocked minibar finish the room. Bed is very comfy and window dressings ensure a good night sleep. Pillows are a little flat however. Room is kept clean and tidy throughout your stay and there is Room service available. I ordered room service breakfast one day and it arrived on time and was well presented and good. I did not order a full breakfast so do not know about meat cheese and eggs. It is really well located for public transport but also for walking into the city centre both for museums and shopping by day and dinner in the evening. it is quiet considering how close in town you are. I felt safe walking here late at night as a single female. only thing that would make it better is by adding a kettle to the rooms to get coffee when wanted.

A lovely hotel. Great location, close to just about everything. Ubahn, trams, tour buses virtually 50 m away. Restaurants bars, coffee houses on the doorstep. The hotel staff are super friendly and all speak English. We didn’t eat breakfast but did eat in the restaurant (the best steak ever!) the bar was super, as was the beer and wine. Couldn’t fault it, just waiting to book it again next year. We go for the Oktoberfest and it’s walking distance for all that it entails. Superb!

Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Receptionissa saimme palvelua jopa suomenkielellä. Siivooja toimitti ystävällisesti pyynnöstämme pehmeämmän tyynyn. Myös aamiaisella meitä palvellut nuori mies oli hyvin ystävällinen ja avulias.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal zum Shopping im Stadtzentrum und hat ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Das Interieur der Zimmer ist zwar gepflegt erinnert aber an die 80er. Auch das Bad mit Duschvorhang ist nicht mehr sehr aktuell. Die Fenster entsprechen leider nicht den notwenigen Schallschutzanforderungen die es an dieser lärmigen Lage bedarf.
