I suppose the cost we paid was to reflect the proximity to Oktoberfest. The hotel itself is older with older carpet in the halls and rooms. No a/c, which thankfully we had a room that had terrace doors for airflow. The staff was impeccable! Michael especially deserves recognition. He seemed to always be there and was so courteous and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was also a great bonus with a nice variety of pastries, meat cheese coffee and tea. Along with yogurt and all the fixings.

Our room was clean, staff were friendly, located near lots of amenities (restaurants, metro, shopping), very safe and walkable area. Not a far walk from old town or the central train station. Metro stop was close and took you to all the places you’d want to go in Munich easily! We enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

The hotel as conveniently located not far from the train station or Marienplatz. The breakfast was generous and tasty. Our room was small for four people. The bathroom was awkward with a very small shower and not enough shelves or towel racks for four people. It would have been fine for two. The room also did not have very good ventilation or air conditioning. It was hot when we were there and the room was very stuffy.

We chose this hotel because it’s close to the train terminal which was convenient. Breakfast is good and reasonably priced. The hotel itself needs some attention and renovations. Carpets are old and dirty. Rooms are humid. Underground parking is available but has limited capacity.

Good location but poorly designed

A quick check in. The layout of the hotel is strange. To get to reception you have to carry your suitcases up a flight of stairs and then to get to room you have carry them up some more stairs, pass the dining room, and then down another set of stairs!! Not very user friendly

It was average and I wish there was coffee in the rooms but it was inexpensive .
