Too poor service, No night staff at property, breakfast is very basic old building,No lift.Room is to funny with very very small bath,you need to be careful not hit your shoulder on the sink will you are using toilet, Room is Non smoking but was smale of cigarettes

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Wir wurden sofort mit Tipps eingedeckt. Die U-Bahn ist 7 Minuten entfernt. Das Familienzimmer war sehr günstig.

Gute Umgebung, leider zu wenig Parkplätze zurVerfügung und amMorgen um 9.20 gab es gast nichts mehr zum Frühstückenobwohl 8-10 angegeben war.

Liebe Gäste, vielen Dank für Ihre Übernachtung. Das Frühstück ist immer ausreichend zwischen der Frühstückszeit. Manchmal kommen auf einmal viele Gäste. Sie können dann ganz kurz warten. Unsere Mitarbeiter werden immer schnell die neue wieder vorbereiten, nur ein bisschen Geduld. Vielen Dank und alles Gute. Hotel Galleria.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer sind sehr klein, sauber. Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt aber die Räume sind sauber

on a good spot, incl. parking, easy access to downtown and river Isar, subway 7 min. walk. there are hotels that provide more comfort for sure but they cost more. I have nothing bad to say about, all fine.

Gute Lage, zu wenig Parkplätze

Charmant sind die individuellen Zimmer und liebevolle Ausstattung des Hotels. Leider wirkt alles etwas unaufgeräumt und sauber sind die Etagen nicht vorallem dort wo das Treppenhaus endet. Die wenigen Mitarbeiter die wir trafen waren freundlich aber nicht hilfsbereit, willkommen fühlte man sich nicht. Das beste aber waren Plastikbecher im Bad, ich glaub das hab ich noch nie gesehen. Schade, man kann sicher mehr aus dem nettem Hotel machen.
