The room was supposed to be smoke free, and it reeked of cigarette smoke and was not clean, including someone else's empty shampoo bottles still in the shower

Stay away from this horrible place. The non-smoking room had a horrible smoking smell. There was no airflow, the only way to get air in the room, and deal with the smoke smell, was to open the screenless window. The smoking area was just below the room, and that would lead to more smoke entering the room. Also, the room was clearly not cleaned before we arrived. It had two old, empty shampoo bottles from a previous person and the door was filthy dirty.

Very thin walls, you can hear people in other room. Bathroom smelled like urine. Enough beds for 6 people but all 6 beds in 1 room so kind of small compact unit. Clean room other than bathroom urine smell. No breakfast option or even free coffee/tea, need to pay 1 euro for that.

The room was as described. 5 beds and a private bathroom. There was one large window, but it was hard to cool Off the room without a fan or leaving the door open. The bedding and towels were clean. The bathroom shower curtain and grout were molding. Also the shower is a big step up and didn’t drain well leaving a slippery residue after a shower. Most of the other guests seemed to be workmen. They smoked and drank on the patio which wasn’t welcoming for a family.

Hotel near Munich Conference Centre

Hotel is near underground station and 1 station away from the Munich conference centre. Staff are really friendly and helpful. You can have breakfast and lunch in the attached restaurant. For dinner you have to travel to the city centre or some other areas by car or by train.The room was nice and clean.My room had a attached bath and a TV. The hotel is located in an office area. I felt the rooms are really overpriced(nearly£ 180 pp per night) . I had to pay one euro for a disposable shaving razor which is probably available for free in other hotels in this price . However the good thing about it is that it's near the conference centre.

Wouldn't be my first choice for another stay

Located in an industrial estate with no restaurants or bars nearby. Staff friendly. Very utilitarian hotel clean but no style. Ok for an overnight stay. Looks like a converted office block and sooooo noisy in room mainly due to hotel construction. I could hear the guy rolling toilet paper in the bathroom next door as well as every other activity including showering singing blowing of noses. Could hear every person returning up the stairs at night. Breakfast ok but not stylish

Needs updating

Hotel itself was okay for the price if a bit rough around the edges. Beds and bathroom clean but floors and walls could do with updating/repainting. Very dodgy area though, next to strip clubs. Walk from u-bahn at night not recommended. Breakfast very good though only had one morning. Had to pay separately for everything though, from WiFi to the shuttle to the exhibition hall and any other refreshments, Inc coffee etc and feel at least WiFi and shuttle should be free.

Not worth it.

This hotel was way out of the way. We had to get a shuttle to and from the Hotel adding significant cost. It would have been better to pay more for a hotel closer to the city than go back and forth. There were no real amenities and a cup of coffee cost 2 euro's. I would not recommend this hotel.

Overall the stay was much better than I assumed. It is only one stop away from the conference centre with a quite neiborhood. Reception was more than helpful. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

Clean and Comfortable Place with Great facilities

The staff were super nice! The rooms were clean and very comfortable! The restroom was very clean with great facilities! The location was a 5 minute walk from the Metro station!
