most pleasant stay

Pros: cleanliness and breakfast. and location is also good. transportation is also easy.
Cons: smoking not allowed in the room. and room where I stayed was top floor which is quite small.

dear guest, thanks a lot for your positive Feedback! Yes we are completely non-Smoking - but this is on our webside - also it is specified that the economy rooms are smaller as the comfort rooms - but the additional price is only € 10,00 ..

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und trotz der vielbefahrenen Straße sehr ruhig, dadurch dass das Zimmer in den Innenhof war. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, freundliche Servierpersonal. Leider hat das Internet im Zimmer nicht funktioniert (durch den geschäftlichen Aufenthalt war ich darauf angewiese), es musste mehrmals nachgefragt werden und das Rezeptionspersonal war nicht sonderlich bemüht, das Problem zu klären oder für eine andere Lösung z.B. Zimmerwechsel zu suchen. Es könnte am Eingang durch Beschilderung informiert werden, wo sich die Reception bzw. Frühstücksraum etc. befindet.

Super Hotel mit tollem Personal

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war lecker und wurde auch kurz vor 10:00 immer wieder aufgefüllt. Das Birchler Müsli war klasse. Unser Zimmer war in Ordnung. Sauber und Zweckmäßig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wochenend-Aufenthalt im Hotel Säntis

Das Hotel ist für ein Kurzaufenthalt vollkommen in Ordnung. 2 Sachen die mich gestört haben.... Einerseits die mangelnden Parkplätze. Ich habe ca. 1 km vom Hotel entfernt in einer Seitengasse parkiert... und der zweite Störfaktor war, dass der Abfluss im Badzimmer komisch roch... Ansonsten ist es sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr angenehmes Bett und saubere Zimmer.
