We had an amazing stay! The hotel staff were all very helpful and kind. The breakfast was the perfect way to start your day exploring the city. Very convenient to Marienplatz. Very clean rooms. We’d definitely stay here again.

lets start with the good - fantastic location, great breakfast and friendly staff. now onto opportunities for improvement - my room was incredibly dated, smelled old and musty. my allergies were SO bad in the room I had to keep the window open (it was 40F/4.5C) and I started getting sick after 2 days. I tried switching my room after the first night (arrived late at night) but they were unable to accommodate. all 3 of my friends rooms were MUCH better so hopfully they update all the remaining rooms soon!

Great staff, amazing location so close to Marienplatz, Christmas market, and Hofbrauhaus. Room was clean with a nice bathroom. We upgraded and got a sofa sitting space and it was very comfortable and roomy. Hotel was decorated very charmingly and the breakfast buffet was great!

The room itself was basic, no frills, but that's what we booked. The hotel itself is an outstanding choice. We stayed here in the second week of December to experience the Christmas market in Marienplatz, and the annual Krampus run, Location is perfect, it's VERY clean, the staff are courteous and friendly, and that breakfast is incredible. Highly recomment the Hotel Schlicker.

This historic hotel had the best possible location for our trip. It was steps away from the main sites, including Marienplatz, Hofbrauhaus, and shopping. The hotel itself was lovely - a very clean, spacious room. The included breakfast was delicious and had so many options. The staff was friendly and helpful.
