Pros: The location, food is good too!
Cons: Front of house staff training.
The hotel is great for a business trip. Staff generally fine - but the woman on checkout was pretty rude and then over charged me. I had asked her to give me the receipt before payment which is normal. I don't think they are trained too well as she didnt and then seemed not even to apologise for the error.

Just perfect

I stayed only one night :( -the idea with the shower in the middle of the room is wonderful -the breakfast is soooo great -the room is clean -I had a perfect weekend

Zwischenstopp bei einer langen Urlaubsreise - foodcourt in der mall - effizient ohne in die Stadt zu müssen

Niet geweldig!!!

We kwamen aan en we konden geen gebruik maken van wifi omdat we geen creditcard hadden. Terwijl de wifi gratis was.. De info over het hotel was niet op de kamer aanwezig. We hadden een tweepersoonskamer maar 1 eenpersoonsdekbed. We moesten ruim vier uur wachten voordat we en een dekbed erbij kregen. De luchtkwaliteit in de gangen was zeer slecht. Te weinig ventilatie . Geen aanrader voor astmapatienten. De kamers waren zeer schoon en prima bedden. We gaan niet meer terug naar dit hotel. Klantvriendelijkheid heb ik niet kunnen ervaren.

Coole Zimmer,die Dusche mitten im Zimmer ist witzig.Allerdings sind verliebte Päärchen im Vorteil.....

Short business trip

I was staying for two days at INNSIDE hotel in Aschheim. Hotel room had a lot of light and the bed was comfortable. Service was nice and i had no problems during my stay.

Comfortabel hotel met de metro op 10 min. Van centrum

Comfortab hotel met een metrostation op 10 minuten lopen. Internet gratis als je gratis lid wordt vd keten (anders 100mb/ 5 euro voor onbeperkt). Prima ontbijt, comfortabele beddem, vriendelijk personeel. Gratis parkeren in omgeving of 15 euro in de garage. Goed hotel in leuke stad!

Nicht das Beste…

Wir waren aufgrund eines Messebesuches im Innside und waren auch recht froh darüber, dass wir das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen genutzt haben. Das Innside ist etwas ausserhalb von München, die Anbindung ist aber nicht schlecht. Man geht etwa 10 Minuten zur S Bahn. Das Hotel wirkt von aussen sehr sauber, die Lobby ist schön. Das Zimmer selbst ist nicht besonders, das Bett wirkt wie in einem Hostel. Gestört hat mich die Sauberkeit und zahlreiche auffallende Mängel. Bei der Dusche hängen Dichtriemen weg, der Boden war nicht sauber, es gab keine Seife im Spender und es war insgesamt schmuddelig. Das Internet war mit 50MB kostenlos dabei, die sind aber sofort aufgebraucht und es ist extrem (!) langsam. Danach muss man für 4,95 Euro pro Tag Internet dazu buchen. Das geht dann schneller. Praktisch ist die Minibar, die man kostenlos leeren kann (zwei Flaschen Mineralwasser, eine Flasche O-Saft und zwei Flaschen Cola). Ich würde dem Hotel aber unbedingt raten, lieber in ihre Reinigungskräfte zu investieren, die besser zu bezahlen und dafür die Minibar wegfallen zu lassen. Sauberkeit ist mir wichtiger, als eine volle Minibar. Der Mangel liegt dabei meistens nicht an den Reinigungskräften direkt, sondern dass diese zeitlich so im Stress sind, dass sie es gar nicht schaffen die Zimmer zu putzen. Negativ aufgefallen ist auch die dunkelhaarige Dame an der Rezeption, die meine Bitte nach einer Rechnung sehr resolut abgeschmettert hat. Die zweite Dame war sehr freundlich und hat sich für das Verhalten ihrer Kollegin noch entschuldigt. Noch einmal besuchen werden wir das Innside nicht.
