Ein gelungenes Wochenende...

Location: Es liegt relativ zentral zu allen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten , und Restaurants sind auch in Fußnähe erreichbar...
Wir sind am Freitag erst spät angereist, da war das gebuchte Raucherzimmer bereits belegt, aber das überaus freundliche Hotelteam am Empfang bot uns ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade an. Das haben wir gerne angenommen und auf einen angebotenen Umzug verzichtet. Das Queensize Bett war sehr komfortabel , das Frühstück im Hotel auch sehr umfangreich und lecker... einzig das Bad könnte etwas größer sein, aber das war bis jetzt überall so, und nicht weiter schlimm. Vielen Dank an das Frühstücksteam, die immer zur Stelle waren und alles aufgefüllt haben, wenn etwas leer wurde. Nicht zuletzt die Verabschiedung und Rechnungsstellung vom Portier , war alles in allem : Ein gelungenes Wochenende, sollten wir wieder einmal in München halt machen, kommen wir gerne wieder... vielen Dank an das gesamte Team

alles OK

Das Hotel hat alles geboten, das wir brauchten: Garage, Anschluss an ÖV. Ruhige Lage. Frühstück war gut.

Personnel très irrespectueux

Suite à une erreur de réservation du site, ou de l' hôtel (on ne le saura jamais), notre chambre n' était pas réservée comme prévu. Malgré la preuve écrite et la facture attestant du paiement et des dates, les deux personnes à l' accueil ont été extrêmement désagréables et insultants, allant jusqu'à nous menacer de "nous mettre dehors de l'hôtel".

Mehr erwartet

Zu wenig Personal, das Morgenessen war umfangreich jedoch nicht geschmackvoll, zu harte Matratze, Kissen ungemütlich, bei Minustemperaturen und Schnee war das Zimmer beim Betreten kalt resp. die Heizung war aus.
