We tried to like it; but kept finding issues. Glad they moved us to the 3rd Floor; because the street activity was surprisingly pretty noisy by 7:30am. The Chat “Receptionist” (Im pretty sure was a bot) answered quickly… But I had to keep “proving” myself. Be warned; no smart tv, no washer, I couldn’t find where to throw out garbage, hallways dirty, no evidence of any hallway upkeep. Sofabed hard; bed was fine. Shower was a bit moldy and houses some roaches between wall & tiles. Supermarket and Trains/Tram were close.
