Zimmer waren sehr Modern, die grose dusche ging leider nicht nur der kleine duschkopf er hat aber völlig ausgereicht, der deckel in der dusche war etwas locker. Was unbedingt eingeführt werden sollte ist das man dennoch das zimmer sauber gemacht bekommt egal ob man 2 oder 3 nächte ist oder länger, aber ich fande das doch schon sehr traurig das man nicht mal nach einer nacht wenn man 2 nächte bleibt das zimmer nicht sauber gemacht bekommt, selbst der müll eimer wurde nicht geleert das fande ich schon sehr schockierend vorallem weil wir ein kind mit hatten. Alles andere war schön personal nett und freundlich auch beim anreise tag, auch wenn man eine frage hatte wurde dies freundlich aufgenommen. Ich würd es wieder buchen aber das mit der reinigung sollte unbedingt besprochen werden dort weil ich finde das haben menschen verdient die mehr als 1 Nacht in dem Hotel sind das sie das zimmer immer sauber haben, es muss ja nicht jeden tag gestaubsaugt werden aber den müll entleeren und mal nach dem bett ob flecken drauf sind und das bett ordentlich machen gegebenfalls noch frische handtücher rein legen wäre nicht zu viel verlangt. Ich hoffe das sich dies ändert für das Hotel ansonsten eine schöne gemütliche Atmosphäre dort. 😀🌸

Klimaanlage läuft theoretisch, praktisch keine Kühlung. Für mich unverständlich. Man zahlt immerhin dafür. Somit einen sehr schlechten, bzw. verschwitzen Schlaf.

Bei der Buchung hatte Hotels.com den Zimmerpreis meiner Kreditkarte belastet. Bisher hat dieses Verfahren bei vielen Buchungen im In- und Ausland immer einwandfrei funktioniert. Beim Check- In musste ich erneut einen etwas niedrigeren Betrag bezahlen. Nach Beschwerde bei der Hotels.com Hotline rief der freundliche Mitarbeiter bei der Rezeption an. Danach versuchte die Rezeption vergeblich mir den Betrag zu erstatten. Erst am nächsten Morgen hat es geklappt.
