Lovely new hotel! I stayed here during Oktoberfest and the hosts were very nice and accommodating. Loved the spacious room layout and felt right at home here. It was helpful to have a small kitchen for making meals but I really loved the breakfast, too! I appreciated that you could also do your laundry here for a small fee, which helped me a lot. Would definitely stay here again. It's away from the city center and in a quiet safe area and easily reachable via public transit. Thank you so much for having me!

The Hotel located at a very inconvenient , depressing area of Munich, one of the connecting train runs every 30 minutes. Hotel itself is dirty , dusty , as you went in it smelt stinky, the room is dusty like no one has been staying or there for years and the tables and couch all covered by dust . I have also booked an fully refundable rooms and but I have to canceled it before the cancelation date due to the experience but they only refunded me half of what I have paid , Expedia has reached out to them to get this resolved however they refused to refund me . It is not a trust worthy business . Do not recommend it

Great place to stay near Munich center

Amazing place and people not far away from Munich and S-U-Bahn. Car park for the car for €19 and space to park the bikes. Would actually be nice to have some proper bike racks on which we could lock the bike and a plug for charging them. But apart from that 1st Class! well done!

We loved the location of this property, very close to U bahn and S bahn and less than 15 minutes into Munich. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice and clean, spacious and well equipped, with everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone going to Munich.

We had a stay in this super clean, modern and very friendly apartment/hotel Rioca. The local station into the city is only a few minutes walk away, plus there are shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and the small kitchen had all the essentials. The friendly staff were always on hand and went out of their way to make us feel very welcome, in particular Mr. Cassano. Thank you for a great stay. We definitely plan to return when we are next in Munich.

This hotel was really lovely. Clean, friendly and very comfortable. It was close to both the S-bahn and U-bahn which made everything very accessible, as well as having a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy close by. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a good shower. We had breakfast once and it was good - lots of options as well as free tea/coffee in the lobby at all times. The staff were helpful and friendly. I’d definitely recommend the Rioca!

Overall it was good and the pricing was great

We stayed 8 nights at Rioca 3 and have to say it was a good experience overall. The hotel is well designed with a Brazilian theme that is followed through with little touches here and there. Many employees at reception are also Brazilian. The first two nights, there was an issue with the AC in our room and we got the full Brazilian experience, having to sleep with windows open wide. Thanks to Cassano at reception, our room was changed to a better one and he also fixed our safe which was initially not working. We are grateful for his prompt decisions and proactivity. The hotel has a lot to offer, a café restaurant, a great roof terrace, a co-working space, a laundry room and a small gym that I used twice. The area of the hotel felt very peaceful and there were 2 supermarkets nearby. The S-Bahn is 5 minutes away by foot and leads you to the ’Haupbanhof’, the main train station, which is ultra convenient. We tried the breakfast one morning. It was with a small buffet and we loved the variety of options, including some Brazilian specialities, meat and cakes… There was a good atmosphere in this hotel and everyone was friendly. We recommend it.

Posto 3 is right on the train line into Munich. So easy to get to, 10/15 min. Fabulous Hotel, friendly, helpfull and cheerful staff. Good cafes and restaurant are just 5 min up the street. Great roof top garden. Best value for money hotel in Munich. I would stay there anytime. Staff speak many languages . Peter from Canberra , Australia
