We stayed 10 days and everything was great! We loved the cofee every morning, the option to pay for breakfast buffet, oarking, riom service, the decor and cleanness of the hotel. Its conveniently located near subway, with a handful of bars, restraunts, grocery store close by. We loved our stay

Room and hotel was clean and staff polite However a few little issues have not secured my custom on future visits to Munich. Rooms are not cleaned daily (we stayed a week and were informed we needed to ask mid week - we did but I don’t think it would have been cleaned if we hadn’t asked). Cleaning does not include changing glasses / cups - they provide a small bit of washing up liquid and a tea towel but beyond a bit of a swill the kitchen set up is not really suitable for cooking and cleaning up after a small meal being cooked. There is a small dishwasher but you have to buy the tablets from reception for €1 euro. Kitchen has sink / microwave (but with a sticker over the display which makes it awkward to use) and two hobs. There is a Nespresso coffee maker, but really annoying that you have to pay €1.50 to reception for pods to use it - which seems very unreasonable given it is a hotel (just give guests some instant coffee)! You can go and get free cups of coffee from the reception area to take to your room - but it’s a lot of faf to get a hot drink in the morning/evening (including down and up the lift). To use the laundry facilities you need to pay (which is fair) - but the only option is via a downloaded app to which you have to add a minimum of €20 credit - then buy a detergent tablet for €2 euros. Just some niggles that make a lovely place not so appealing as it really should be as a hotel. The location is fab - 10 mins on the U Bahn and you are in the centre.

Lovely new hotel! I stayed here during Oktoberfest and the hosts were very nice and accommodating. Loved the spacious room layout and felt right at home here. It was helpful to have a small kitchen for making meals but I really loved the breakfast, too! I appreciated that you could also do your laundry here for a small fee, which helped me a lot. Would definitely stay here again. It's away from the city center and in a quiet safe area and easily reachable via public transit. Thank you so much for having me!

The Hotel located at a very inconvenient , depressing area of Munich, one of the connecting train runs every 30 minutes. Hotel itself is dirty , dusty , as you went in it smelt stinky, the room is dusty like no one has been staying or there for years and the tables and couch all covered by dust . I have also booked an fully refundable rooms and but I have to canceled it before the cancelation date due to the experience but they only refunded me half of what I have paid , Expedia has reached out to them to get this resolved however they refused to refund me . It is not a trust worthy business . Do not recommend it

Great place to stay near Munich center

Amazing place and people not far away from Munich and S-U-Bahn. Car park for the car for €19 and space to park the bikes. Would actually be nice to have some proper bike racks on which we could lock the bike and a plug for charging them. But apart from that 1st Class! well done!

We loved the location of this property, very close to U bahn and S bahn and less than 15 minutes into Munich. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice and clean, spacious and well equipped, with everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone going to Munich.

We had a stay in this super clean, modern and very friendly apartment/hotel Rioca. The local station into the city is only a few minutes walk away, plus there are shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and the small kitchen had all the essentials. The friendly staff were always on hand and went out of their way to make us feel very welcome, in particular Mr. Cassano. Thank you for a great stay. We definitely plan to return when we are next in Munich.
